House!

We got a house! We got a house! We got a house! So on Friday, Seth and I went out to look at six new houses and do a second showing of the house we really liked. Afterwards, we knew we wanted to make an offer on the house we liked! So we went back to our realtor's and made the offer. 8:00 p.m., we hear back with a counter-offer. Their counter-offer was actually better than I expected and was what I thought we might end up paying. So we make another counter-offer and the next morning, they accepted! We went in Sunday to sign all the paperwork!!
