House Hunting!

So Seth and I went house hunting on Saturday! It was so much fun! Our realtor took us to five houses during the morning and it was a really good experience. We really liked the first house we saw (roughly 4+ acres, 1900 sq. ft) and the last house (0 acres, 2300 sq. ft). I loved the last house, but it doesn't have a lot of privacy because of its location. Seth really liked the first house that was set in the woods, but I'm not a fan of its location. It'd make my drive to work almost an hour and Seth's drive would still be roughly an hour because it's so far from the highway. The last house is in the perfect location though because it's only half an hour from my work and although it's still an hour for Seth, he'd be able to continue to carpool.

Anyway, that was fun, but Seth isn't convinced on the house I want, so we're going to continue to look. I asked our realtor to keep an eye on the last house in particular because it really is perfect (in my opinion) except for the fact that it's not very private. But I called a loan officer this morning and faxed over all the information she asked for, so hopefully we'll get pre-approved soon! It's so exciting!
